Every standard clean includes baseboards, light switches, and door frames. Most agencies skip these or charge extra; for us, they are the baseline. We treat the "touchpoints" of your home with surgical precision.

"Standard" vs. "Deep Clean": We don't use "deep clean" as a marketing upsell. The difference is time-on-task and frequency, not a checklist of missing items.

HEPA vacuums capture 99.97% of particles. pH-neutral solutions are safe for pets, sealed hardwood, and marble. We use no bleach, no ammonia, and leave zero residue. The air smells like nothing—which is the point.

Glossary: What These Terms Actually Mean

Add-on
A task-specific request that breaks tier logic (e.g., oven interior, interior windows). We quote it separately.
Reset
Not "deep clean." It's a return to baseline: detail work on top of maintenance.
HEPA
Filters 99.97% of particles. Essential for post-construction and allergy cases. Not all vacuums have this.
pH-Neutral
Safe for sealed surfaces. We don't use "strong" chemicals to compensate for poor technique.
Fixed Price
The quote you receive is the invoice you pay. Changes on arrival trigger a re-quote, not a surprise bill.

Method Note: Evaluating Robustness

We evaluate robustness by time-on-task and tool specificity, not chemical strength. If a tool isn't right for the surface, we don't use it. "Post-Construction" is evaluated by dust volume (grams per cubic meter estimated via visual check), not by "how dirty" the site looks.

  • X Climbing: No ladders above 6 feet. High windows cleaned with extension poles only.
  • X Moving: No heavy furniture (>20kg) or appliances. Floors must be cleared.
  • X Laundry: No washing or drying. Folding is an add-on.
  • X Exterior: No balcony scrubbing or patio pressure washing. Interior only.
