Service Agreement & Terms

These terms govern your use of freshspacey.company and the booking of cleaning services in Paris. By accessing this site or requesting a service, you agree to these conditions in full. We operate as a boutique agency, not a platform; every booking is confirmed directly with our team.

Scope of Website Use

  • You must be 18+ to book services or submit forms.
  • Information on this site is for planning purposes; final pricing is confirmed after property assessment.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service based on property condition or safety concerns.
  • Do not use this site to submit false bookings or harass our staff.

Booking & Payment

  • Quotes are valid for 7 days. Scheduling is subject to availability.
  • Payment is due after service completion via bank transfer or card.
  • Late cancellations (< 24h) incur a 50% fee to cover team wages.
  • Building access issues (elevator cutoffs, codes) that delay service are billable at our standard hourly rate.

Liability & Real-World Constraints

We carry insurance for damage caused by our direct negligence. However, we operate within the physical and regulatory limits of Parisian buildings. This means:

We cannot clean areas with pre-existing damage (e.g., peeling paint, cracked stone) without written acknowledgment of risk.
We do not use bleach on natural stone or marble. If your building requires specific products, you must provide them.
Team size is 2–3 people depending on the property. Larger teams require elevator access for simultaneous entry.
Pets are welcome, but we need notice to select appropriate products. Aggressive animals must be secured.

Data & Privacy Commitment

We only collect what is necessary to schedule and complete a cleaning: name, address, access details, and preferred contact method. We do not sell data. Photos submitted for quotes are deleted after 30 days unless you request a longer hold.

Practical Scenarios

Move-out clean

Client provides keys to a 3-room apartment in the 11th. We arrive at 9am; elevator access ends at 5pm. Work pauses at 4:30pm. Final invoice reflects 5.5 hours, not the quoted flat fee.

Post-renovation

General contractor leaves dust on marble floors. We refuse bleach, use neutral pH products. Client signs a waiver for pre-existing scratches before we proceed.

Airbnb host

Guest checkout is 11am; next guest arrives at 3pm. Team has 2-hour window. If guest lags, host is billed for overtime or the second clean is rescheduled.

Disputes & Resolution

If you are unsatisfied, contact us within 24 hours with photos. We will return to address the issue at no extra cost. If the dispute involves scope or access terms outlined here, we reserve the right to review the booking agreement before scheduling a revisit. By booking with freshspacey, you accept these terms as the full agreement between parties.
